About the role

This clinic-based role provides the opportunity to help build and deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care in a collaborative rural healthcare environment. No productivity requirement and no required call shifts. Willingness to be a complete healthcare team player that contributes to the overall organizational culture for the optimum patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in a rural setting
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive team environment
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

• MD/DO (Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine preferred)
• Holds or can obtain Colorado medical license & DEA certification
• Current ATLS, BLS, PALS, and ACLS (or willing to obtain)

Qualifications

• Passionate about rural healthcare & team-based patient care
• Preference given to provider qualified to additionally fill the organization’s Chief of Staff Role

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
