Schedule
- Flexible 4‑day work week with 32 patient contact hours
- Administrative day built in for documentation, tasks, and meetings
Responsibilities
- See 20+ patients per day with optional nursing home involvement
Team
- Collegial team including full‑time MD, PA, NP, and robust support staff
Compensation
- Guaranteed salary for first 2 years, then wRVU and quality‑based compensation
- Sign‑on bonus and eligibility for state student loan repayment program

Qualifications
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
