• 4 days in office, 1 day at home
• 16 - 18 patients per day
• Lifestyle practice, not production-based
• Virtual team takes calls

Requirements

• Board certification required
• Two years outpatient experience required

Salary and Contract Details

Salary range: $251,900.00 to $267,800.00 annually
