About the role
This opening is on the Pacific Coast not far from Santa Barbara, presenting some of the finest scenery California has to offer.
Responsibilities
- Low patient census of 16 – 18 patients per day
- Each physician is supported by their own dedicated medical assistant
- Choice of 1, 2, or 3-year contract options available
- Competitive base salary or productivity-based compensation model
- Additional compensation available for supervising mid-level providers
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine welcome

- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Benefits
- 4.5-day work week with 6 weeks of PTO annually
Schedule
Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm and Friday 8 am – 12 pm
