About the role

• Monday - Friday schedule, 7:30 am - 5 pm with possible 4.5-day work week
• Half-day Fridays possible, supporting excellent work-life balance
• Inpatient call coverage at a maximum of 1 in 3, including nights and weekends
• Average patient census of 25 patients per day in a traditional clinical setting
• Hospital-employed position with a community-focused nonprofit Critical Access Hospital
• Broad scope of practice including primary, inpatient, and specialty care support
• Productivity-based bonuses available
• Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome; DEA required
