About the role
Outpatient-only practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and a small patient panel. Full-time position serving a Medicare patient population within a value-based care model focused on quality outcomes rather than patient volume. Dedicated care team support includes a Medical Scribe and Medical Assistant. Opportunity for advancement.
Requirements
- Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
- Outpatient experience required
- Spanish required
- Value-based care experience a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: $174,070.00 – $374,920.00
