About the role

As an Advanced Primary Care physician, you will lead the development and growth of your clinic, delivering high-touch, value-based care to a patient population that challenges traditional constraints. You’ll be supported by an operational structure and collaborative team focused on long-term outcomes for your small patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Provide relationship-centered, responsive care to a small panel of patients
• Focus on quality care, prevention, and developing trusted patient-doctor relationships
• Lead the development and growth of your clinic
• Deliver high-touch, value-based care to a senior patient population

• Small patient panels for better work/life balance
• Physician Concierge Service
• Nurse-triaged light remote call
• Outpatient-based care
• Collaborative, team-based approach with:
  • Nurses and Medical Assistants
  • Case Management Specialists
  • Social Workers
  • Pharmacists
  • Laboratory services
• Inbox Support: “Inboxologist” to assist with MyChart messages, medication refills, and general patient inquiries
• AI Documentation Assistance using Abridge to generate clinical notes

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• State of Michigan Physician License (MD or DO) upon hire
• DEA Registration (State of Michigan) upon hire
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC within 120 days
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from AHA within 120 days (if required by specialty or stress test performed)

Pay & Schedule

• Full-time position
• 40 scheduled hours per week
• Shift: Day (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
• Days worked: Monday – Friday
• Weekend frequency: Variable weekends
