About the role

Mercy Family Medicine is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join Mercy Clinic Primary Care - Water Tower Place in Arnold, Missouri. The practice includes three Family Medicine Physicians, three Nurse Practitioners, and engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.

Located in St. Louis, the area offers free, world‑class attractions, a vibrant arts‑and‑culture scene, extensive public parks, miles of trails, and exhilarating waterways, complemented by the warmth and hospitality of its residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide value‑based primary care with emphasis on time with patients, relationship building, and quality incentives.
• Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers to achieve professional satisfaction.
• Utilize system‑wide EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot for documentation and clinical workflow.
• Handle telephone encounters, triage, and in‑basket support with the assistance of a dedicated panel RN.

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine.

Qualifications

Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness as part of Mercy’s not‑for‑profit status; H1B visa holders welcome.
