This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive obstetrical care in a collaborative rural setting, including prenatal care, labor and delivery, vaginal births, Cesarean sections, postpartum care, and newborn care. Candidates may practice exclusively in obstetrics or combine obstetrics with a primary care role, depending on their interests and qualifications. Shared call responsibilities are approximately1:4. As aLevel I Maternal Centerand the only inpatient hospital in Franklin County, Franklin Hospital delivers approximately 250 babies annually and provides the unique opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while benefiting from the resources of MaineHealth.
