Physician - Family Medicine

About the Role

This position involves providing primary care at a modern, patient-centered clinic, focusing on delivering high-quality, comprehensive healthcare services. The physician will manage a shared patient panel, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including well visits, chronic disease management, acute care, and occupational health services.
• Document clinical encounters in Epic EMR.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and participate in mentoring and teaching.
• Engage in quality improvement and community health efforts.

Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in a clinical specialty.
• Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain one.
• DEA license, BLS certification (maintained), and ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Experience in primary care preferred.

Schedule
