Physician - Family Medicine

About the role

The role requires an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join the team in Logansport, IN. Hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m., with flexibility for extended hours. Weekly patient contact is 36 hours, with daily encounter goals of 18-22 patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient family medicine services
• Meet weekly patient contact goals
• Participate in call schedule (1:5 ratio, light, by phone)

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Current license to practice medicine in IN
• Passing scores on all required medical boards

Qualifications

• Experience in family medicine preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
