Physician - Family Medicine

About the Role

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join its busy, well‑established and expanding ambulatory primary‑care practice in the Puget Sound region. The practice offers embedded support services—including behavioral health resources, integrated RN care managers, medication‑refill support, and well‑resourced front‑ and back‑office staff—as well as a robust clinical quality program. Requirements

• Board certified or board‑eligible at time of employment
• Licensed in the state of Washington by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association

Pay

Annual salary range: $292,600 – $311,000 USD. Compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and education. If the position is covered by a union contract, pay will align with the appropriate step on the union pay scale.

Schedule

• Full‑time (1.0 FTE)
• Days shift
• Monday – Friday, four 10‑hour shifts per week
