Qualifications

• Washington State medical license
• Board certification in family practice
• Active DEA registration with prescribing authority
• Good standing with medical boards

Skills

• Outpatient family medicine experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
• Experience working with complex co-morbidities, pediatrics, or women’s health in diverse settings
