About the Role

A Family Medicine Physician is sought to join a collaborative, physician-led practice at a community-oriented health facility. The role involves providing full-scope primary care, building lasting patient relationships, and working within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across all ages and conditions
• Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination
• Participate in a full-scope family medicine practice, including preventive, acute, and chronic care
• Collaborate with an experienced clinical staff and access an extensive network of specialists
• Manage limited phone-only call duties

Requirements

• Medical degree with appropriate residency training in family medicine
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive, patient-focused care
