About the Opportunity
The role is an outpatient-only position with 14-16 patients per day. It involves building a new service line with an established patient base and strong referrals. The practice is geriatric-focused and has dedicated medical assistants for each physician. Onsite resources include social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, mid-level providers, and podiatrists. This is a health system-employed position requiring a DEA license. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates are welcome.
Location and Commute
The role is located on Lake Erie, one hour from Detroit, with regional and international airport access.

Pay and Schedule
The salary range for this position is from $250,000.00 to $350,000.00 annually. Rates shown are all-inclusive and combine an hourly base pay with other potential earnings like overtime, call, and holiday pay. Please contact your consultant for details.
