About the Role

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. ATLS, ACLS, and PALS are required. A current MI state license is a plus. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents are desired. Providers will be cross-credentialed at all Sparrow sister sites. Visa candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Sparrow Hospital – Lansing, Michigan (Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center)

• 75-bed main Emergency Department plus 20 fast track

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in the partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
