The Role

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine services at St. Rose Dominican Hospitals in Henderson, Las Vegas, and Henderson.
• Work in Level III Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center facilities.
• Treatment of adult and pediatric patients in a 320-bed facility with a 44-bed main ED and 4 Fast Track beds.
• Participate in integrated care solutions with Vituity-scribed support and Vituity-staffed teleneurologists.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Current NV state license is a plus.

• Experience in emergency medicine is preferred.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
