The Opportunity

Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. Current CT state license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency medicine services at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center – Hartford, Connecticut, a Level I Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Stroke Center.
• Work in a 617-bed medical center with a 70-bed Emergency Department, serving an annual volume of 70,000 with 192 patients daily.
• Utilize Epic EMR with Dragon dictation, additional resources including ED case management and crisis clinician support, and Vituity-staffed hospitalists offering integrated care solutions.

• Experience working in an academic setting with current residents preferred

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
