Physician - Emergency Medicine - Part Time

About the role

Apart from providing high-quality emergency care to the coastal community of Lincoln County, Maine, the successful candidate will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency medical care to patients in a timely and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and education related to emergency medicine.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency or fellowship program in Emergency Medicine.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.
• Ability to obtain and maintain credentialing and privileges at designated hospital locations.

Qualifications

• Eligible for licensure in the State of Maine.
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred but not required.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

This is a part-time (0.5 FTE) position, with flexible scheduling to accommodate the needs of both the employee and the department.
