Physician - Emergency Medicine

About the role

We are seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our team in various locations, primarily in Nevada. As part of our physician-owned partnership, you will have autonomy, local control, and support from a broad network of clinicians, enabling you to focus on patient care.

Responsibilities

• Providing emergency medical care in high-volume EDs with diverse patient populations, including adults and pediatrics.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative, quality health services.

Qualifications and Skills

• Board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine.
• Licensure in Nevada is advantageous.
• Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a commitment to patient-centered care.

Benefits & Compensation

• Up to a $50,000 sign-on bonus.
• Annual base salary ranges from $275,000 to $900,000, depending on site and experience, with potential for partnership income, profit sharing, and equity ownership.
