About the role
Seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians for a dual hospital system in Terre Haute, IN.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medical care in a busy ED environment.
- Collaborate with hospitalist teams, neurologists, and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize 24/7 scribe support and integrated care resources to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain high-quality standards, including stroke and trauma certifications.
Qualifications
- Board eligible or certified in Emergency Medicine.
- Significant emergency medicine experience required.
- Current Indiana medical license is advantageous.
Key Duties
- Deliver care at a 47-bed ED with an annual volume of nearly 70,000 patients.
- Work within a Level III Trauma Center with specialized backups and certifications.
