Physician Electrophysiology

About the role

Located at the base of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Hickory offers a temperate climate and abundance of natural resources. You will be just minutes from Lake Norman, the largest lake in North Carolina with upscale lake shore communities, eateries, and recreational opportunities. You will also be close to both Charlotte and Asheville.

Responsibilities

• 100% EP-focused position with a balanced inpatient and outpatient mix
• A-fib ablations required; complex ablations a plus
• Perform device management, AICD/ICD, and permanent pacemakers onsite
• Approximately 15–18 clinic patients and 3–4 procedures per day

Support & Environment

• Supported by one full-time EP APP and regional EP coverage support
• Hospital-employed position at a not-for-profit medical center
• Monday–Friday schedule with no EP-specific call requirement

Located approximately 1 hour from Charlotte, North Carolina.
