Malpractice: Free liability protection with tail coverage provided. Contract: No Physician Employment Contract and no significant restriction on moonlighting. Work Schedule: Full-time Monday through Friday Tour of duty to be discussed during interview process. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe summary of role), Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have a lot of content; we can combine some. We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. But we can include those if they are actual content? The instruction: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So we should avoid headings that would only contain such placeholder text. For example, if we had a Pay section, we have actual content: "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". That's specific enough. So we can include Pay. Schedule: "Full-time Monday through Friday Tour of duty to be discussed during interview process." That's specific enough. Benefits: we have many specifics: PTO details, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME, malpractice, contract. So we can include Benefits. Qualifications: we have basic requirements, required experience, preferred experience, physical requirements. Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can have Requirements (maybe includes basic requirements, required experience, physical). Qualifications could be for preferred experience? But we can combine. We need to avoid duplication. Let's structure:

About the role

maybe a brief paragraph summarizing the role: Cardiologist with specialization in Echocardiography to serve as Chief of Echocardiography at VA Boston Healthcare System, overseeing echocardiographic imaging, providing leadership, etc. But we must not repeat job title. We can still describe. But we need to preserve all substantive info; we can't omit details. So we need to include all details somewhere. We could have: - About the role: summary paragraph (maybe from Duties first sentences). - Responsibilities: list of duties (oversee Echo Lab, perform/interpreting studies, direct TEE, participate in inpatient/outpatient, liaison, accreditation, workflow, teaching, research, academic appointment). - Requirements: basic requirements (citizenship, degree, license, residency training, English proficiency) plus required experience (certifications, board cert, Level III training, proficiency in advanced echo and TEE) plus physical requirements. - Qualifications: preferred experience (leadership/supervisory experience in Echo Lab) plus maybe academic appointment info? Actually academic appointment is part of benefits? It's more like an opportunity. Could be under About the role or Responsibilities. But we can put under Qualifications as "Preferred qualifications". However we must not create a section with only filler. We have specific content: "Leadership or supervisory experience within an Echo Lab is strongly preferred". That's specific enough for Qualifications. - Skills: maybe we can list specific skills: advanced echocardiography, TEE, etc. But we already have those under Requirements. Could create Skills section for those. But we must avoid thin sections. Perhaps we combine Skills into Requirements. - Benefits: list all benefits: EDRP eligibility, sign-on bonus, PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME, malpractice, contract. - Pay: competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases. - Schedule: full-time Monday-Friday, tour of duty discussed. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Already removed. Now produce HTML fragment with appropriate tags: headings

, then content: paragraphs

for prose, lists

  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. We need to decide what constitutes a list. For responsibilities, we can make a
. For requirements, maybe separate sublists: basic requirements, required experience, physical requirements. Could be separate
under each heading or combine. We must not repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Let's craft. First, About the role: a paragraph summarizing. Then Responsibilities:
        • ... each duty. Then Requirements: maybe split into Basic Requirements, Required Experience, Physical Requirements as subheadings? But we only allowed h3 for section headings; we could use

? Not allowed per instruction? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just use

          for main sections and use

          or

inside. For subcategories we can use or just plain text within

. But we need to preserve info; we can embed details in paragraphs. Better: Under Requirements heading, we can have multiple

paragraphs each covering a category. Similarly for Benefits. Let's draft. We need to ensure we don't miss any substantive info. Let's extract all details: From Summary: - Eligible for Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - student loan payment reimbursement program. - Must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit EDRP application within four months of appointment. - Program Approval - award amount (up to $200,000) & eligibility period (one to five years) determined by VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of EDRP application. - Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply. Approved residencies are: (1) Those approved by the accrediting bodies for graduate medical education - the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) - in the list published for the year the residency - or fellowship if applicable - was completed OR (2) One year of post medical school training (internship - first year of residency - or transitional year residency) approved by ACGME or AOA followed by two years of post-training independent practice (performing under a full and unrestricted license) in the United States OR (3
