WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Radiologist for a full-time position at Uniontown Hospital in Uniontown, PA.
About the role
The successful candidate will practice in the area of diagnostic radiology within the West Virginia University Health System, the state’s largest health system and largest private employer. The System comprises 18 hospitals throughout West Virginia and bordering states, including five institutes and management services for other local hospitals.
Anchored by a 700-bed academic medical center in Morgantown, the Health System includes more than 20 member hospitals serving West Virginia, Western Maryland, Eastern Ohio, and Southwestern Pennsylvania. With over 2,400 licensed beds, 3,900 providers, and nearly 30,000 employees, WVU Health System has expanded specialty and sub-specialty care in areas such as cancer, heart and vascular, neuroscience, and operates West Virginia’s first and only multi-organ transplant center.
Responsibilities
- Practice diagnostic radiology at Uniontown Hospital.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent.
- Eligibility for state medical license.
- Completion of a Radiology residency program.
- Board certified or board eligible in Radiology.
- All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
