Vituity is a 100% physician-owned partnership providing diagnostic radiology physicians with autonomy, local control, and a national system of support. The opportunity is at Loma Linda University Medical Center - Murrieta, a 180-bed facility with a 16-bed emergency department and an annual volume of 58,330 patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic imaging services to patients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and maintain compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Board Eligible/Certified Diagnostic Radiology
• Current CA state license (preferred)

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Proficiency in Epic EMR
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked.
