The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Neuromuscular Disorders Center is internationally recognized for its clinical services and translational research. Ideal candidates will have academic interest and clinical or laboratory-based research interest. Academic rank and track are commensurate with academic record and experience.
Department/Division Overview
The Department of Neurology at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center consists of 15 specialized divisions, 63 physicians, 5 psychologists, 12 dedicated research faculty, 24 residents, and 14 fellows. Services span 7 state-of-the-art ambulatory facilities and 3 hospitals, with 27 groundbreaking multidisciplinary and personalized clinics, 3 comprehensive inpatient consultation services, and an expanding teleneurology service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to training, research, and other scholarly pursuits
- Represent the program or Department by participating in committees, conferences, and professional meetings
Requirements
- MD or DO
- Successful completion of an accredited Neurology Residency Program
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
- Completion of Neuromuscular Medicine fellowship
- Eligible for an Ohio Medical License
