Physician - CVICU Academic Intensivist

About the Role

The West Virginia University School of Medicine and the WVU Heart & Vascular Institute seek an Academic Intensivist (ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor). The successful candidate will be expected to practice in Morgantown, WV.

Duties

• Practice critical care medicine
• Provide excellent patient care
• Actively involved in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible for a state medical license
• Must come from an intensivist background
• Must be board certified / eligible in critical care
• All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment
