Responsibilities

• Affordable and accessible healthcare for the community
• Provides quality medical services to patients in a cost-effective, appropriate manner
• Evaluates patients'/significant others'/staff educational needs and develops and implements appropriate teaching strategies or delegates to appropriate resources
• Communicates with other members of the health care team in order to ensure continuity of care and coordination of services
• Acts as a patient/family advocate
• Participates in ongoing process improvement activities through the development/application of clinical paths, process improvement and other related activities
• Works with Corewell Health to meet financial and patient satisfaction goals

Pay

Compensation package includes a two-year salary guarantee with the opportunity to bonus based on productivity, plus a starting bonus!

Schedule

Clinic hours are Monday 7am - 7pm, Tuesday – Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Friday, 7am - 3pm, which allows for a flexible weekly schedule. Call is 1:5, weekend only.
