Physician - Concierge Medicine

Responsibilities

• Full-time direct medical services for 40 hours per week, 46 weeks per year for full-time status (pro-rated for part-time status).
• Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic ER.

Requirements

• Minimum Education Level: Doctor of Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum Licensure Requirements: Doctor of Medicine with a current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois.
• Minimum Certification Requirements: Board certification/Board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current Basic CPR certification through American Heart Association.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in area of expertise in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

Pay

Salary range: $220,001-366,623. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures.
