Physician – Comprehensive ENT

About the Role

Midwest Ear, Nose, & Throat (ENT) Specialists is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our well-established specialty practice in the Twin Cities. We are a physician-led practice comprised of 17 physicians (8 ENT, 5 Facial Plastic MDs, 2 Allergists, 1 Head and Neck Specialist, and 1 Neurotologist), 5 Physician Assistants, and 5 clinics located throughout the east-metro of the Twin Cities and western Wisconsin.

You will have the opportunity to build an exceptional practice in state-of-the-art, physician-designed clinical facilities, operate in our Ambulatory Surgery Center under dedicated block time, and collaborate with multiple specialists in an integrated model of care. This role offers impact and leadership in business operations within a collegial environment.

Compensation & Partnership

• Highly competitive, RVU-based compensation structure before partnership
• $375,000 annual salary
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• 24-30-month track to partnership with multiple investment opportunities, including:
  • Midwest Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists (private medical practice)
  • Midwest Surgery Center (co-owned by Midwest ENT)
  • Commercial real estate business
  • Hearing aid retail business

Requirements

• Medical Doctorate (MD or DO)
