We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Summary: mentions EDRP eligibility, details. That could go under Benefits? Or maybe a separate "Education Debt Reduction Program" but not in allowed headings. Could be part of Benefits? But Benefits heading is for benefits like PTO, retirement, insurance etc. EDRP is a benefit. So we can include under Benefits. - Qualifications: includes basic requirements, additional requirement, preferred experience, physical requirements. That's Qualifications. - Duties: includes description of role, administrative, clinical, education, research. That's Responsibilities. - Recruitment Incentive: maybe part of Benefits or Pay? It says "May be authorized for highly qualified candidates". Could be under Benefits? Might be better as a separate "Benefits" includes recruitment incentive? But we have Pay and Schedule sections. - Pay: "Competitive salary - annual performance bonus - regular salary increases". Also maybe mention CME reimbursement $1,000 per year. That's Pay. - Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00am-4:30pm". Also maybe mention protected time for education/research? But schedule is given. - Benefits: includes PTO details, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME reimbursement, malpractice, contract, etc. Also EDRP details. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The posting includes "Candidates will have an academic appointment with Wake Forest University commensurate with level of experience". That's filler? It's a specific statement but includes "commensurate with level of experience". According to rule: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") . So we should avoid including that line if it's just filler. However it's part of "Additional Requirement: Candidates will have an academic appointment with Wake Forest University commensurate with level of experience". That's somewhat vague but still a requirement. The phrase "commensurate with level of experience" is considered filler? The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). It seems they want to avoid sections that only have such vague text. But we can still include the requirement but maybe rephrase to avoid the filler? We must not invent or summarize away detail. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we cannot remove the requirement entirely. But we can maybe keep it as is, even though it contains the phrase "commensurate with level of experience". The rule says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", ...). That seems to refer to a heading with only filler text under it, not that we cannot include the phrase anywhere. It's ambiguous. Safer to keep the requirement but maybe we can keep it as is. We must not include duplicated lines. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The posting doesn't have obvious boilerplate besides maybe the "Reference: For more information on this qualification standard - please visit https://www.va.gov/ohrm/QualificationStandards/" That's a reference link; we should keep it? It's substantive? It's a reference for qualification standard. Might be considered boilerplate? It's a link to more info. Might be okay to keep. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We'll structure:

About the role

maybe? The posting includes a summary about the role: EDRP eligibility, etc. Could be About the role. But we have to decide which sections to include. We have content for: - About the role: maybe a brief overview: The Section of Hematology and Oncology at Salisbury VA HealthCare Center seeking physician leader... etc. That's from Duties section but could be role overview. - Responsibilities: detailed duties (Administrative, Clinical, Education and Scholarship, Research). - Requirements: maybe combine Qualifications and Basic Requirements? But we have Qualifications heading allowed. We'll put Qualifications for certification/license etc. Requirements maybe for basic requirements? But we have both Qualifications and Requirements headings allowed. We need to decide. The posting has "Qualifications" section with basic requirements, additional requirement, preferred experience, physical requirements. So we can put all that under

Qualifications

. Then we might not need a separate Requirements heading. But we also have "Basic Requirements" subheading inside Qualifications. We can keep as
  • etc. We also have "Preferred Experience: ABIM board certification in Hematology and/or Medical Oncology". That's a qualification. Physical requirements also under Qualifications. Thus we can have Qualifications only. Responsibilities: duties. Benefits: includes EDRP details, PTO, retirement, insurance, licensure, CME reimbursement, malpractice, contract, recruitment incentive maybe. Pay: competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases, CME reimbursement $1,000 per year (maybe also under Benefits but we can put under Pay). Also maybe mention "Paid Time Off" is benefits. Schedule: work schedule Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. We also have "Recruitment Incentive: May be authorized for highly qualified candidates". Could be under Benefits. We must not create sections with filler text. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Now we need to format lists. We'll produce:

    About the role

The Section of Hematology and Oncology at the Salisbury VA HealthCare Center (SVA HCS) in NC is seeking a physician leader with training and expertise in adult Hematology and Oncology to oversee operations at its three sites of care (Salisbury, Charlotte, and Kernersville). The SVA HCS is a complexity 1a facility with a medicine specialty program consisting of over 100 specialists, consistently ranked in the top 10 by volume of encounters in VHA. The program is affiliated with Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and its oncology section was the first VA oncology program to become ASCO QOPI certified. It is the largest provider of outpatient chemotherapy/infusion services in VHA by volume, consistently in the top 3 programs by total volume of encounters and visits, and a training site for Wake Forest University hematology oncology fellows, residents, and medical students. The section has a robust clinical trials unit with industry-funded and investigator-initiated trials. The position is a full-time clinician-educator-research track with flexible protected time for educational/research activities and includes a faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine.

That seems to capture the role overview. Now Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Administrative: Provide strategic and operational leadership for Hematology & Oncology across Salisbury, Charlotte, and Kernersville; foster communication within the Hematology/Oncology Section and across Medicine Service; review and monitor clinical privileges of section staff; oversee outpatient and inpatient consult services in a multispecialty environment supported by experienced clinical and research staff; manage provider coding practices for billing compliance; approve leave requests and complete OPPEs and clinical pertinence reviews.
    • Clinical: Provide clinical and administrative supervision of hematology and oncology staff; ensure delivery of high-quality care in outpatient clinics, inpatient consults, and infusion services; develop and enforce clinical practice standards, policies, and procedures; maintain personal clinical privileges and demonstrate sound clinical judgment; collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
    • Education and Scholarship: Participate in the formal education of residents, fellows, and medical students by presenting teaching rounds, lectures, conferences, etc.; participate in evaluation sessions for medical students and GME trainees assigned to their services; support curriculum development and evaluation for hematology and oncology rotations; demonstrate and train medical students/residents and fellows; assist in the development and implementation of education and training programs for medical students, fellows, and residents rotating through Medicine Service and accountable Clinical Services.
    • Research: Support the medical center-wide research mission; assist in conducting studies regarding treatment modalities, outcomes, and other aspects of patient care when appropriate; if involved in an ongoing research project, abide by all VA regulations governing research protocols/policies and/or procedures; encourage participation in clinical research among other staff members; advance education and research as a full-time clinician-educator-research faculty member with flexible protected time for academic pursuits.
Now Qualifications: We need to include basic requirements, additional requirement, preferred experience, physical requirements. We'll structure as maybe subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond the allowed list? We can still use

    and

    • inside Qualifications. We can include paragraphs for each subsection. Let's do:

      Qualifications

      Basic Requirements

      • United States Citizenship: Non-citizens may only be appointed when it is not possible to recruit qualified citizens in accordance with VA Policy.
      • Degree of doctor of medicine or an equivalent degree resulting from a course of education in allopathic medicine or osteopathic medicine, obtained from a school approved by the Department of Veterans Affairs for the year in which the course of study was completed.
      • Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
      • Residency Training: Physicians must have completed residency training approved by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs in an accredited core specialty training program leading to eligibility for board certification. Approved residencies are: (1) Those accredited by ACGME or AOA in the list published for the year the residency (or fellowship if applicable) was completed; (2) One year of post‑medical‑school training (internship, first year of residency, or transitional year residency) approved by ACGME or AOA followed by two years of post‑training independent practice (performing under a full and unrestricted license) in the United States; (3) Non‑US residency training programs followed by a minimum of three years of verified independent practice in the United States (performing under a full and unrestricted license) performing duties related to the position, which the local Medical Staff Executive Committee deems to have provided appropriate professional training and exposed the physician to an appropriate range of patient care experiences (U.S. fellowships creditable toward this requirement). Exceptions: Residents currently enrolled in ACGME/AOA accredited residency training programs who would otherwise meet the basic requirements are eligible to be appointed as “Physician Resident Providers” (PRPs); PRPs must be fully licensed physicians and may only be appointed on an intermittent basis, not considered independent practitioners and will not be privileged, having a scope of practice that allows them to perform certain restricted duties under supervision; surgery residents in gap years may also be appointed as PRPs. In rare and unusual circumstances, the Facility Director can submit a memo to the VISN Director through the VISN Chief Medical Officer, who may approve requests for reasonable exceptions to the residency training requirement for physicians whose composite record of experience, accomplishments, performance, and qualifications warrant such action.
