Physician Cardiovascular Surgery
About the role
This position is with a high-volume cardiovascular and thoracic surgery practice with an established team including 2 mid-level providers. The role offers a full mix of cardiac and thoracic procedures, with leadership opportunities available and an on-site robotics program. The call schedule follows a 1:2 rotation.
Location
Anchorage is in south-central Alaska. It is a modern city, complete with skyscrapers, a thriving business district and a bustling international airport. The location makes it easily accessible by air, land, and sea. Almost half of Alaska's residents live in this area surrounded by miles of coast, mountain ranges, hundreds of lakes and rivers, glaciers, ski resorts, excellent fishing, hiking, unlimited recreational opportunities, and nearly 20 state parks.
