About the role

A hospital-employed position with an established cardiothoracic surgery program. Robotics surgery experience is preferred, but not required. A cardic-only or mixed cardiac/thoracic practice without vascular surgery is offered. The position provides a favorable 1:4 call schedule designed to promote work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex cardiovascular surgeries using advanced robotic technology
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in clinical research and teaching activities
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the cardiothoracic surgery program

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible with 2+ years of experience in cardiovascular surgery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Current medical license in good standing
• Passing scores on relevant boards
