Physician - Cardiology (Invasive Interventional)

Role Overview Seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Interventional Cardiologist to join a comprehensive academic cardiovascular program in Tucson. This full-time faculty position involves delivering high-quality clinical care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and engaging in teaching and scholarly activities within an academic medical center. Key Responsibilities Perform diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures, including coronary angiography and percutaneous interventions.Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care, including pre- and post-procedure management.Partner with diverse cardiology subspecialties and hospital teams to ensure coordinated patient care.Mentor and educate cardiology fellows, residents, students, and clinical staff.Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety, clinical research, and program development. Qualifications & Skills MD or DO degree with eligibility for an unrestricted medical license and hospital privileges.Completed accredited fellowship in Interventional Cardiology.Board Certification or Eligibility in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology.Strong commitment to patient care, teamwork, professionalism, and education.Preferred expertise in contemporary coronary interventions and complex cardiovascular management.
