Physician - Cardiology Electrophysiology

About the role

Join a stable, cohesive cardiology group in Northern Colorado, specializing in Electrophysiology (EP). The area offers stunning mountain views, outdoor recreation, cultural activities, excellent education options, and proximity to national parks, ski resorts, golf courses, and vibrant communities.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of EP procedures such as pacemakers, ICDs, CRTs, SVT and VT/PVC ablations, with lead extraction skills preferred.
• Device management (training provided).
• Provide outpatient outreach clinics once a month.
• Participate in call coverage (light weekends and occasional weeknights).
• Contribute to the growth of a comprehensive EP program.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience; cardiology experience preferred.
• Board certification/eligibility in Cardiology and Electrophysiology.
• Unrestricted DEA license and BLS certification.

Skills

• Proficiency in EP procedures and lead extractions.
• Strong desire to develop and advance EP services.
• Open to new graduates and experienced EPs.

Work Environment

Access to advanced cardiovascular technology, including dedicated EP labs and hybrid ORs. Participation in complex interventions such as TAVR, Mitraclip, and lead extractions. Supportive team within a top-rated cardiovascular institute.

Pay

• Base salary guaranteed at $850K for initial years, with a competitive package thereafter.
• $60,000 sign‑on/relocation bonus.
• $100,000 loan repayment assistance.
