Physician - Cardiologist

Responsibilities

• Part of a successful, dynamic, expanding cardiology group
• Located in Fairfield County, with in-house nuclear and ECHO services in two locations
• Participate in the busy CHF clinic and perform TAVR and left atrial appendage occlusion procedures
• Teaching opportunities at the hospital, including a competitive internal medicine residency and cardiology fellowship program
• Active clinical research program
• Well-trained in echocardiography, including stress echo, and nuclear cardiology
• Proficient in performing transesophageal echocardiograms
• Board certified or eligible in cardiovascular disease, echo, and nuclear cardiology
• An interest in heart failure, cardio-oncology, or vascular medicine is a plus, but not required
• Opportunity to participate in advanced cardiac imaging with both CT and MRI

Qualifications
