Physician - Cardiac Electrophysiology

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Practice in the area of cardiac electrophysiology
• Provide excellent patient care
• Teach medical students, residents, and fellows
• Engage in collaborative clinical operations
• Possibly travel to additional worksites in West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania as needed

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent
• Eligible for state medical license
• Completed cardiovascular disease fellowship program
• Completed cardiac electrophysiology fellowship
• Board certified/eligible in Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology

Pay

$250,000 – $300,000 annually
