Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans for patients of all ages
- Provide acute, chronic, and preventive care including immunizations, health screenings, and wellness counseling
- Prescribe and administer medications, interpret diagnostic tests, and recommend appropriate follow-up care
- Collaborate with other medical professionals to coordinate care and make specialist referrals as needed
- Educate patients and families on health management, lifestyle modification, and disease prevention
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support population health management strategies
- Remain up to date with medical best practices, evidence-based guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Provide coverage for urgent care and participate in on-call rotation, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Medical Director or clinic leadership
Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Practicing physician in a clinic or urgent care setting, with supervision experience
- Current, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred

- Comprehensive knowledge of family medicine across all life stages, including pediatrics, geriatrics, and women's health
- Excellent diagnostic, clinical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate, patient-centered approach
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team environment
- Proficient in use of electronic health records (EHR) and other clinical software systems
- Commitment to continuous learning, cultural competency, and quality improvement initiatives
