Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and physical examinations of patients of all ages presenting with urgent medical needs.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of acute medical conditions, injuries, and illnesses.
• Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results to guide treatment plans.
• Provide patient education on health maintenance and preventive care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• Active medical license in the state of Louisiana.
• Previous experience in urgent care or emergency medicine preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
