Join our health care revolution and be a part of something better. QuadMed is looking for a Physician to join our team in our HII clinic in Newport News, VA. This position is located onsite and offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus.

A practice based on quality of care and not productivity, with a commercially insured patient base and an outpatient-only, preventative medicine focus. Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, unrushed patient care to build meaningful relationships.
• Empower patients to achieve their full potential at work and in life.
• Participate in mentoring and coaching if assigned, particularly if experience is less than three years.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy and completion of an appropriate residency.
• Active Board certification or eligibility required.
• Preferred three years of occupational health or ambulatory primary care practice experience; if less than 3 years, agrees to mentoring and coaching from another provider.
• Experience with an EMR preferred.
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure, with current DEA registration.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.

Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary.
• Yearly bonus eligibility based on quality of care (not RVUs) and overall performance of the health center.
