Full-time primary care physician providing comprehensive medical services across hospital, clinic, and nursing home settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based clinical care
• Manage outpatient and inpatient services
• Oversee long-term care residents
• Ensure continuity, quality, and coordination of patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote safety, effectiveness, and patient-centeredness
• Support organizational goals related to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited school
• Completed residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Board certification or eligibility
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
• DEA registration or ability to obtain
• Basic Life Support certification required
