About the role
A full-time outpatient position with 36 patient contact hours per week.
The office is located at 10 John Kissinger, Wabash, IN 46992, Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The call schedule is 1:6 weeks with minimal call for only existing patients and consults.
