You and the clinical staff will design and implement individualized care in a setting where each patient is treated with respect and compassion. You will have opportunities to influence decisions regarding care. You will be primarily based at our Northwest location, 155 Lawn Ave. in Buffalo, and will travel to other Neighborhood sites in Western New York as needed.
