PRN Laborist position providing inpatient obstetric care.

Responsibilities

• Provide labor and delivery coverage on a PRN (as-needed) basis
• Manage obstetric patients during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum period
• Collaborate with nursing staff, midwives, and other healthcare providers
• Respond to emergency obstetric situations
• Perform obstetric procedures as indicated
• Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Active medical license in the state of practice
• Current DEA registration
• ACLS and BLS certification

Schedule

PRN (as-needed) shifts, including potential nights, weekends, and holidays as coverage requires.
