About the role

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a long-term care facility. This clinical role requires board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with LTC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care and collaborate with the Center Medical Director to ensure high-quality clinical services
• Manage assigned patients, ensuring timely assessments and comprehensive documentation
• Adhere to credentialing, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Serve as a role model for staff and foster community relationships
• Coordinate transfers with hospitals and healthcare providers
• Demonstrate compassion and uphold the mission of improving patient outcomes
• Support facility operations and participate in compliance and training initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board-certified or eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Geriatrics specialization is a plus
