About the role

This role combines clinical duties as an Attending Physician and Medical Director in a long-term care setting. You will oversee patient care, ensure compliance with standards and policies, and collaborate with the Center Medical Director to improve care quality.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and deliver high-quality clinical services
• Coordinate care with hospitals and community organizations
• Oversee patient care and ensure compliance with clinical standards and policies
• Collaborate with the Center Medical Director to enhance care quality

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine
• Long-term care (LTC) experience preferred
