Responsibilities

As a staff physician you are a vital part of a dedicated team of clinicians committed to exceptional patient care. You will be accountable for assessing patients, providing treatments, and ensuring an exceptional and reassuring experience. Your clinical and leadership skills will impact the health of America’s workforce while allowing you personal time after work. Qualifications

• Clinic‑based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case closure.
• Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement, and reward and recognition.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Orange Book values for all clinic colleagues.
• Active and unrestricted medical license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for the state of jurisdiction (required prior to start date).
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to certify through Concentra’s DOT training program.

Schedule

Typical clinic hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. No nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call responsibilities.

Compensation

Competitive base salary with annual merit increase opportunity. Base compensation range: $260,000 – $300,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and seniority. Includes Monthly RVU Bonus Incentive and Quarterly Quality Care Bonus Incentive.
