About the role

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a clinical role in a sub-acute, long-term care setting.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee patient care and ensure high-quality clinical services
  • Work with the Center Medical Director to implement programs and standards
  • Assess patients promptly and maintain complete documentation
  • Collaborate with staff, hospitals, and community organizations
  • Adhere to compliance, legal, and regulatory policies
  • Serve as a role model and promote the mission of improved health outcomes
  • Perform duties assigned by leadership

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine (preferred)
  • Geriatrics specialization (a plus)

Skills

  • Clinical expertise in long-term care (LTC)
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities

Pay
