About the role
We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a clinical role in a sub-acute, long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee patient care and ensure high-quality clinical services
- Work with the Center Medical Director to implement programs and standards
- Assess patients promptly and maintain complete documentation
- Collaborate with staff, hospitals, and community organizations
- Adhere to compliance, legal, and regulatory policies
- Serve as a role model and promote the mission of improved health outcomes
- Perform duties assigned by leadership
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine (preferred)
- Geriatrics specialization (a plus)

- Clinical expertise in long-term care (LTC)

Pay
Salary range is USD $200,000 annually.
