Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to medical staff
• Foster a collaborative environment and promote best practices
• Lead credentialing processes and chair quality improvement committees
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with survey preparedness
• Implement new clinical programs and stay updated on geriatric care advancements
• Deliver direct patient care to ensure high-quality clinical treatment

Requirements

• Extensive experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities
• Leadership, communication, and team-building abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes
• Ability to lift at least 20 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods

Qualifications

• Preferred CMD certification
