About the role

We are seeking a Fee-For-Service Attending Physician/Medical Director for a long-term care facility. In this dual role, you will provide clinical care and oversee medical operations, working closely with the Center Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Managing patient care and ensuring high-quality treatment
• Visiting patients timely and completing assessments within 72 hours of admission
• Implementing clinical programs and adhering to standards of care
• Collaborating with staff, community, and hospital partners
• Maintaining compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements
• Serving as a role model and promoting the organization’s mission

Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine preferred
• Geriatrics experience desirable
